Glenn Wool and Heath Franklin in Satan's Workshop

One week only - see two of comedy's favourite bastard sons together on stage.

Satan's Workshop

International comedian Glenn Wool teams up with local comedy superstar Heath Franklin to bring their own brand of corporate sunshine to a factory floor near you.

Glenn and Heath have tried their hand at conventional business. After wading through Human Resources nightmares, worker dissatisfaction, high overheads and spiralling legal red tape, there was no way these two good hearted bumblers would manage to get ahead in the dog eat dog world. Or was there. Did someone say sweatshop?

Glenn and Heath looked at the facts. Children have boundless energy and stamina going to waste everyday. Children don’t get wages, they get pocket money. Developing countries don’t have all the pesky regulations and statutes that use ugly and inconvenient words like ‘exploitation’. Did somebody say sweat shop?

Glenn and Heath did, then ran home, packed 2 suits plus a Hawaiian shirt into a bag and ran to the airport to buy one -way plane tickets to a small South American country (whose name they still can’t pronounce).

Glenn Wool is a renown comedian on the international comedy circuit  and Heath Franklin is better known for his smash hit comedy alter-ego, ‘Chopper’. Together, they love making comedy out of skating on a tightrope made of thin ice; and as far as topics go it doesn’t get tighter, thinner or harder to skate on than sweatshops.

Satan’s Workshop is the clumsy shoehorning of western corporate business practices into a small, dusty factory floor in ‘what’s its name’, and the two benevolent corporate conquistadors who suddenly find themselves with more money than brains; running the world’s most profitable day care centre.

Now get back to work, Umberto.
