NEWS The Chaser's Age of Terror Variety Hour sells 75,000 tickets across Australia
ABC TV’s The Chaser's second national stage tour, The Chaser’s Age of Terror Variety Hour, wrapped up in July, after 3 1/2 months on the road, traveling to 16 capital cities and regional centres, and selling an impressive 75,000 tickets nationally. Since March 08, the team played to sold-out shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Cairns, Townsville, Parramatta, Launceston, Woolongong, Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat, making this Laughing Stock’s most successful tour to date.

NEWS: Felicity Ward nominated Best Newcomer, Chopper sells out Pentridge and extra shows added in New Zealand.
With sell out shows and rave reviews, Felicity Ward was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. She was described as 'warm, witty and brilliant' by The Age, and 'Brilliantly insane and insanely brilliant' by Chortle. Another sell out hit was Chopper Live at Pentridge, with 10 shows sold out, the inmate and his mates took over the prison and spent the night in jail together, and recorded it for the Make Deadshits History DVD. We hope it to be in stores by the end of 2009.

After playing to sold out shows in London, Heath Franklin's Chopper returned to Australia for a limited city return tour of Make Deadshits History. Playing to 26 cities from Feb- June 2008, Chopper sold out again across the country in over 20 cities, including some of his old favourite towns and some new ones in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA. Franklin sold over 50,000 tickets in 2008, and is currently working on a release of DVD of Make Deadshits History.
